Thursday November 4, 2004I will leaving Sydney at 20:50 and arriving in Darwin at 23:50. I will spend the night at the Darwin YHA. Friday November 5, 2004, 2004I will be having a short sleep as I have to get up at 7 am for my 2 day trip with Kakadu Dreams. On the Jumping Croc cruise I will get to see crocodiles in their natural habitat. I will be eating lunch at the Bark Hut Inn, an outback pub with emu and Buffalo on the menu. At Nourlangie Rock Artsite I will get to view 20, 000 years of Aboriginal art. More aborginal at the Ubirr Artsite and a hike up some sandstone and I will get 360 degree views of East Alligator flood plains and Arnhemland. At Gubara or Boralba springs I will get to take a 6 km hike through their cave system and go for a swim in some fresh water springs. Another 600m climb up Nawurlandka. For the night we setup our Bush camp with BBQ, Didgeridoo lessons and story telling. Saturday November 6, 2004I start the day heading for Yumikmilk or Motorcar Creek Falls. The day will mostly consist of a full day hike through the monsoonal rainforest where I will see plenty of wildlife and be able to swim in some waterfalls.
